Mental fit activity: Go through your closet and find one outfit that you would like to wear that just doesn’t fit like you want it to. Put it somewhere where you can see it and set a goal to get yourself back where you can wear it again. If you are really ambitious but something new. If you haven’t committed yourself to counting calories yet begin so. Just cutting 70 calories a day(substituting one healthy meal for a normal one does this easily) can help you lose a pound a week. Set goals … be patient … and set the goal to fit into that outfit by the end of the summer.
