Low impact Cardio: Walking, water aerobics, elliptical, gardening
Medium Impact Cardio: biking, hiking, jogging, doubles tennis, swimming
High Impact Cardio: Running, cross training, jumping workouts
Mental Fit verse: Deuteronomy 31:8 “It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.”
Mental fit activity: Make a “relax to-do list” of 7 things that take 10-15 min. Over the next 7 days make sure you schedule one of these a day to give yourself a mental break from the grind.
