Cobras 3 sets of 8X

Ab Curl Hollow Hold 3X of 12 sec


Mental Fit Verse: Psalm 139:11-12 “Sing for joy, O heavens, and exult, O earth; break forth, O mountains, into singing! For the Lord has comforted his people and will have compassion on his afflicted.”


Mental fit activity: Unclutter Your Desk. A great way to take a much needed break, while still looking “busy” is to un-clutter your desk. Not only is it relaxing, it also helps to activate productive energy flow.
