Physical Workout: Cardio Workout Do 15-30 min of cardio. Ride a bike, take a walk, jump rope, go for a jog … it is up to you just get that heart pumping. If you enjoyed last week’s cardio do it again … if not or if you just want to try something new go for it. Use this time to get away from noise and distractions and think.
