Meet Jamie Larcom

Hi, my name is Jamie Larcom and I am part of the Women’s Ministry Team at Heart of Life Church.

Living in the Kansas City area for most of my life, I have been a member of Heart of Life Church for 21 years. My two beautiful daughters were raised attending Heart of Life Church and our family now includes two wonderful sons-in-law and two sweet granddaughters. A perfect day for me is a simple day - playing games, eating, laughing and visiting with my family.

While learning to navigate my newly single life, I have a passion for ministering to other women that are on a similar path and living life alongside them. I enjoy spending time with these ladies and getting to know other women at Heart of Life.

Over the past 3 years, I have learned to lean on Isaiah 41:10 which says “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

In addition to serving on the Women’s Ministry Team, I also help with baptisms, work in the nursery, coordinate our card and meals ministry for the Garden City campus, staff the information desk and attend a weekly Life Team.
